- Attested copies (attested by a Govt. Gazetted officer/ Consular official/ counter signed by a notary) of grade cards
- Consolidated Mark Sheets
- Degree Certificate
- Application Form
- ID Proof
- Academic form
- Application needs to be downloaded from National Institute Of Technology website and filled accordingly for submissions along with above mentioned documents.
- A fee of Rs.500.00 for the first copy and Rs. 100.00 for every additional copy.
- The degree attestation charges (as applicable).
- If the Transcripts are to be sent abroad, postal charges at the rate of Rs. 1,600 is to remitted in payment category "Postal charges for out of India"
How long does it take for getting the
Transcripts?
The process takes
approx. 20-30 working days from the acceptance of application. It’s purely
based on the search time taken by NIT Calicut
to evaluate applicant’s academic credentials and
based on the availability of the officials.
Note: Date of issue of transcript may differ as it is purely based on
the age of document and availability of officials.
